Okay so! I have send a message to my psychologist after our next conversation. 
'"Hello, Can you please confirm to me that you have written a positive recommendation letter to the doctor? Is everything okay for december the 14th?''
14 December I am supposed to get hormones.
I received a message back from the psychologist.

''Hello Joyce, 
The doctor let me know that the next appointment is to check the medical results. They have to be checked first before hormones can be given. I have given my positive advice.''

This concerned me. I was very sure 14 december to be the date. So I called the hospital! :) I am a fighter in some way. I guess I had to learn this with doing business for the sissy market haha. I called him and asked him if this was true. Because I need to do a +- 5 hour road trip just for results. I asked him if this can be done over the phone or something and that another delay would be so dishearthening. 

The doctor told me that they have been given positive advice to start the treatment earlier and that he also agrees with it. We went over my medical results on the phone and everything was good except for my very high cholestorol. It's so high in fact it might be something genetical. This is why I totally banned fastfood, chocolate and red meat out of my life. But the results where okay and they all agreed to start sooner (aka on 14 december)

This was a relief and made me very happy.
