From worst method to best method :
Shaving < Waxing < IPL < Laser
1) Shaving : cheap, you wont feel what its really like to be smooth, bad for your skin, lots of work.
2) Waxing : Expensive, must be willing to go to a beauty saloon, you will feel smooth for a long time but hair must grow kinda large for it to be waxed, meaning theres allot of time in between being sissy smooth and your next wax session. Extremly painfull.
3) IPL : expensive device but cheaper then Wax and shaving longterm, actually works! Very easy to use, less work then shaving and waxing, thats what i am doing now and very happy with it! No pain! (Once smooth u do a quick maintainance once every 8 weeks).
4) Laser : Extremly expensive, not really permanent (needs maintainance session every year), must be willing to go to a hair saloon, best method if money isnt an issue.
