Any tips for a pulled neck muscle? 

I’ve tried ice, heat and hemp. I was smiling before when I took this but now can hardly move my head. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Have photo shoots in Hollywood tomorrow and am suppose to do some fitness videos in a gym studio, perfect timing. 🙈
