I like to use variety in my training programs this may consist of weights, cable and cardio machines, dumbells, and cardio in a gym or body weighted exercises performed outside in the fresh air and sunshine. Whatever the case I aim to train between 4-6 times a week and even on my off day try to get some outdoor activity.
