So yesterday I was tried to set up my own Instagram account using the name officialsexyemmabutt this was reported instantly by another account on Instagram pretending to be me this persons name is emmabutt_official_ 
Please I ask you all to report this account and then unfollow it I am trying to contact Instagram to prove who I am with with birth certificate and driving licence but the form wont let me upload pictures
