**Update**
Media glitches are happening again. 
The videos will upload to the site but remain in the ‘Media Processing’ stage for hours, which means they will never actually upload or save to the site. I am well aware I have outstanding customs and I am sitting here just now, figuring out my next step. I also have no content scheduled after 11pm (UK time) today, even though I have the content ready to post. 
People often ask why I schedule in advance and this is one of the reasons why. 
I also have been unsuccessful in scheduling tomorrow’s good morning video, for exactly the same reason. 
My priority right now is with those who are waiting on customs and I will be updating those people in due course.
I want to explain something. 
Yes the site is glitching a lot. This is actually due to it being pushed extremely hard in the lead up to Christmas. Creators will post more during the festive period, just like any other job, in the hopes of making a wee bit extra to spend for the big day. I am not saying that the site normally runs completely fine, however, in this instance, it’s much worse than any other month of the year.
 I am open, honest and transparent about these things with you because at the end of the day, you are here for an experience and deserve to be updated, as much as I do.
I hope you can show me some patience and understanding, as I navigate not only this but some other issues behind the scenes.
