Cats cradle is one of my favorite books ever, and Vonnegut is one of my favorite authors. The tattoo is the books cover art and inspired by the quote “see the cat? See the cradle?” Which in the book refers to the fact that there is no cat or cradle, just a bunch of strings—pointing to the idea that we tell ourselves lies to make ourselves happy instead of accepting our grim reality. Also it’s on the back of my arm so you probably don’t see it a bunch 🤣

Jurassic park was a trick question…I love the movie/book but the tattoo was mostly just inspired by my general love of dinos and a picture I found on Pinterest 😂
