So last week was mental health awareness week so I wanted to take the opportunity to just remind everyone to take care of themselves
Guys you know how to use google - there is SO much help available & absolutely no shame in asking for it. 

There are loads of ways I take care of my mental health 
Use a therapist - one I really like who gets me 
Cold showers - I started doing this recently & its a lot easier in summer
Meditation - clearing my mind
Taking a break from work - it’s tiring giving all of yourself to people 
And probably the most important for me - 
Running - getting outside, listening to music, a podcast, or just sounds of nature. Working towards something I want to achieve.
This year I’m training for a 100 miles in 24 hours. I set myself a steady target in March of 10 miles every week and 45 mins of light weight training. I haven’t hit that every single week but when I do it gives me a really positive feeling and I remember how strong and capable I am. 
I remember how grateful I am for everything I have. 

My mental health is really important not just for myself but for the people around me so I can be a good partner, a good friend. 

Do the things that make you happy. Do the things that bring you joy.
