Hey guys and dolls so as you know I do a lot of volunteering and I have had to do some extra time doing that so I apologise but it means there's 2 videos in the bag ready to upload soon! Im also doing REDJanuary where Im aiming to run everyday and do 200 miles on top of weights, yoga, netball, walking etc so its all taking up a lot of time
