ps Wednesdays are my “day off” because I work Saturday and Sunday’s 
Incase you wondered what my “day off entails” it’s lots of walking, lots of running, lots of volunteering (desperate to the volunteering I do on a Monday & weekends) meditation, yoga and netball 
So it’s still a really full day but I really try not to do too much messaging as it’s really important that I have a little time “off” as well!
