If you want a great 7-8 minute ab routine that will tear your abs up, it starts at the 8 minute mark on this video. There is no rest between sets (the planks are meant to be the rest, but it keeps your core engaged throughout). So break out your yoga mat and follow along with B if you’d like…

(Now, I know B is a freak of nature and can hit 15-20 reps without flinching, so don’t sweat it if you can’t keep his pace. Depending on your current core strength, you can shoot for 5-10 reps for each exercise, and work your way up if you want to make this a regular routine)

Here’s the rundown:
1) crunches
2) reverse crunches
3) planks + side planks (both sides)
4) V-ups
5) planks + side planks (both sides)
6) sit-ups
7) planks + side planks (both sides)

Don’t forget to *BREATHE*… visualize the air going into your lungs, delivering oxygen to your abs. Breathe in with the stretch, breathe out with the flex. In and out. In and out. Take your time. Focus your energy on your abs (meaning, try not to use the weight of your head or arms to gain momentum… Stay tight and centered and focus on using your abs to lift yourself)… if it gets difficult, that’s a good thing. It means you’re using parts of your body that you don’t normally engage…. Enjoy the sensations. Even if it’s a little painful, enjoy it…

And once you’re done with your workout, you can get off with us! Cumming after a workout releases extra endorphins and enhances recovery time… Science!
