(4:20) I tweaked my lower back the other day, so I’ve been taking my time stretching every morn… Here’s 4 minutes of stretches that you can follow along with me to loosen things up in your lower back… Be careful at 2:45- it puts a lot of strain on your legs if you don’t stretch your legs ahead of time… I preach stretching/yoga to everyone. You don’t gotta spend a ton of money on yoga classes or go to a fancy studio… You can watch some YouTube vids to learn a few basic stretches or watch me (disclaimer: everything I’ve learned is just from what I’ve picked up from friends/yourtube)… 5-10 minutes in the morn makes a world of difference.
