Sorry for not posting much.
It was my birthday last weekend, I have been particularly depressed and I just got my period, so I have had negative a thousand percent motivation to do anything. 
My libido is even more dead than usual and I have been avoiding looking in the mirror, because I can't stand looking at myself.
