Such a long day omg but I think I make it through ... my back is really sore from training today. I did Silks, Trapeze and Handstand... So I think I kind of got back to normal... a little bit weaker than used to be but I think it will go back pretty quick. 😌 I took nap right after my training so I hope I stay awake through this evening lol But have to get up early for my dance class 💃
