Here's something a little different for your Friday. Just a quick peek at me doing my "day job", which as you may recall, right now, is modelling online for college art classes. I thought this might appeal to some of you whom I know are artistically inclined. In a regular class, I wouldn't be moving quite so quickly; each gesture is usually held for between 2 and 5 minutes, depending. (Long poses usually go 20 minutes to an hour.) But before I start a lecture I like to do a little warmup like this, where I flow through some poses just to get my joints mobile and my body awake for work. Hope you like!
