Every evening we have an air raid alert and a raid without pilots as a tradition. We are told that our regions have forgotten that we are at war. This is wrong. People are just trying to survive. Every day more and more of my friends go to the front. Many people get divorced because they cannot bear the burden that falls on the shoulders of those who are waiting for the military in the rear.
For half a year now, the person we helped at the very beginning of the war has been gone. And it’s terrible to realize how quickly people forget him. He was denied the posthumous title of hero and posthumous citizenship. For everyone who knew what he did and where he was, they know that he is a hero, but the fact remains a fact. 
During this month I lost all my physical training and -2 kg of weight that I gained with such difficulty. We will restore.
