A long time coming and we’d like to clear the air. @RaxClub is not a management company nor modeling agency - we’ve never claimed to be. Seriously - it’s even in every agreement.

RaxClub, from conception, was and is a hub to discover hot models and hot content through and through. Proof of concept was to bring a group of influencers together to build an audience on Onlyfans to have a funnel for explicit models who need the exposure. We would do so by bringing our audiences together and pushing a group page - RaxClub. Initially our first group of influencers were offered a form of equity (with contingencies) such as, if they promoted Rax directly on their socials, pushed the brand via their link in bio’s and on their personal Onlyfans pages. 

Today, we don’t run models pages like agencies, management companies, or third-party page runners do. Models were not paying and incurred so much debt with us, so that quickly became a thing of the past. 

The content you see here is original work and/or collaborations with other Onlyfans creators. We retain and store valid proof-of-age along with model release forms provided directly from Onlyfans.

Every model is paid a percentage of sales or a flat rate for the content they mutually agree to be posted on RaxClub. They receive payment, an invoice along with screenshots of sales, and gain exposure. All content is available for them to sell individually on their own pages if our mutual subscribers prefer to buy direct (we don’t take a cut from that). Original and exclusive content coming soon. 

Every model is and contractually obligated to be sober during production. Every video we create is discussed and staged prior to filming. Every model is 100% in full control of the content they create and furthermore everyone has a **minimum** of four opportunities to decline participation and/or capturing or posting. Anytime before cameras start recording, anytime while filming, **before it’s publicly posted along with a mutual agree price-point**, and anytime after it’s been posted. Title and a rough description of the video is established before we even start filming. 

All of our videos are directed, produced, edited, and specifically filmed/involve by our producers just as BangBros and other adult entertainment producers do. 

I say we, because the models we have signed release forms from specifically to use their content on RaxClub create their own content as well. RaxClub has always been a collaborative effort. Otherwise, I the page owner, film and participate by voice, direction, and as an Onlyfans creator myself to ensure this page complies with Onlyfans Terms and Conditions. 

So, in conclusion - I’m an Onlyfans creator who shares my profits with collaborative models who mutually agree to film prior to filming (I’ve got raw footage, multiple takes, and unedited videos as proof for anything in question). I am not a manager. I don’t run pages. I make collaborative content and create another stream of revenue and provide exposure for all models I feature.
