Update: As you guys know a few months I told you to I don’t like the shower rods with clean out processes because it’s too much pressure & ect. I’ve found some you can control the pressure with different nozzles  and after recent researching they actually are less problematic with hygiene/bacteria but be sure to get the excess water trapped out always so check 3 times at least. The E Bottles go from warehouse to warehouse, place to place and if sunlight gets in then bacteria gets trapped in but can’t get out meaning you’d put that inside you. Giardiasis which is bad bacteria & parasites in the gut so yeah try a black bulb or use the shower hose instead but less pressure . Get your A&D to heal the insides if it’s too intense still.
