It is even said that the Green Fairy would act as a Muse, whispering inspiration to the starving artists.

Its anise flavour is very delicate and refreshing would also make it a trendy drink amongst French women in the Paris cafés.  

Ingredients:
1 oz Absinthe
2 sugar cubes
5 oz water
