mental health checkpoint.
is there anything you want to get off your chest, anything you have to deal with or getting treatment for? feel free to talk about it if you want 🖤

gonna start to break the ice.
getting treatment for almost a decade (GAD & PTSD on main focus rn) and have to take anxiety meds again soon, hoping it clears up my headspace 'cause right now my brain is completely bananas.
just gotta find out what works best for me because living with the feeling of "what if something bad happens" 24/7 rlly isn't enjoyable, ngl. shit's like being in a boxing match without being able to see your opponent. i hate it here.
