I got out of the ER yesterday because I've spent the last 1.5 weeks dealing with migraines. I get those nasty ones with the auras in my vision, which makes it VERY hard to drive or workout. Even reading or being on the computer is tough cuz half my vision will be blocked off by some mosaic aura for an hour.
Luckily, the ER gave me a weird IV migraine potion thing. It was a big mix of stuff and it's left me very tired. I'm resting now and I'm a bit sad I didn't shoot as much as I wanted/needed to in order to have content ready before my surgery (getting my tubes tied).

Not sure why my health has been so bad lately. The only thing I've noticed is the farther away I go from a raw, vegan diet...the worse my health is. Doesn't seem to matter where the meat is sourced, what the meat is, etc. If I'm not eating raw veggies, fruits, nuts and beans, then I'm simply sick. My hormones, my stomach, my migraines. Even my weight will pack back on despite a caloric deficit. I don't even eat out/in like...ever. 🤷‍♀️
So, I'll be going back to what's worked for me and made me feel the best. It's just a tough diet to maintain when I become busy or won't be home for a duration of time. I'm sure some of you guys have women in your life you deal with the same issues as I do. You may even deal with them yourself! I guess that's the long term effects of being raised on Kraft mac and cheese, ramen and Mcdoubles. 🤣
