Emerging from the chrysalis 🌱 I might have said this in  my video update but I’ve been so shocked at how out of it I’ve been the last few days at times. Like, falling asleep 2 pages into a book and not even being able to follow along a TV show. I feel a bit better today and am going to try to get my brain and body moving a little bit 💕
