Sexxx Ed: The Power of Fantasies!😍💦😏

Ahhh, what a great, great livestream!!!!

We covered so much! We talked about:

- my upbringing and how my very limited knowledge about fantasies was laden with judgment.

- the difference between culturally acceptable fantasies and personal fantasies

- how I discovered what my fantasies were after a very repressed upbringing!

And then I went deep in telling you the story behind one of my hottest and most romantic dates using fantasy!!!

And here's what I learned from that experience:

- Fantasies can be fulfilled in the acting out of them (this is great news if fulfilling your actual fantasy might cause harm to someone or to your partner! Ie: inc.est, mistress, etc)

- It draws you two closer (I’m more in love with my date because he honored my fantasy!)

- It’s birthed other fantasy date ideas (coming home from work in men’s shirt and tie and nothing else;)

- Butterflies can be felt again!

- A little creativity and planning can go a loooong way

- I’ve already bought Valentine’s gifts for my date (as a non-planner!) because I’m still floating from that weekend

- I’m thinking about how I can fulfill HIS fantasies

- Fantasies are more than they what they seem - they help us connect more deeply with ourselves - and others!

- Why they’re so effective - they’re a reflection and connection to one of the deepest parts of you! Fantasies are special, intimate, and quite vulnerable to share with others.

- Fantasies can unleash new levels of pleasure and connection, creativity and playfulness

And then of course, I left you guys with some homework questions because I'm still a teacher at heart!:)

- What do I find myself thinking about all the time? What desires do I have? (These will help you realize some of your fantasies!)

- Which fantasies of mine MUST be fulfilled in your lifetime and which ones are you okay with possibly not fulfilling during your lifetime?

- What different ways can I fulfill those desires? 

- What do I need to know or have in place so I feel safe in sharing my desires/fantasies with my date/partner/person?

- What do I need to do in order to be a safe person for my partner/date to share their fantasies with me? Can I communicate that now and up front?

- How can I incorporate my fantasies in everyday ways?
