To clarify since I don't want to comment under giveaway posts so I don't mess up the drawing - it IS random, the "heard your chances of winning might be higher if you.." is just a way of providing a theme/topic so you can have fun with your responses and they're more fun to read than comments saying, for example, "comment" lol. 
Sorry to those who misunderstood and thought I'm actually picking out the best response or something - I'm not, I use a randomizer.
