Bush Part 2/6

2-4: M.E. (Medial Epicondyle) Stretch
These stretches are what I use to do before I play a game of Basketball back in high school for our Senior A’s Team and now carry it on at work before I really get moving.

My body feels much better and more ready after doing stretches, are you doing stretches?

I do them in this exact sequence:
Epiphyseal Stretch➡️M.E. Stretch➡️Femur Stretch➡️Humerus Stretch
Two for legs and two for arms to equal.

My elbow joints feel more loose and smoother less stiff after doing this.
