 This project literally took my breath away! The water was only 10 degrees Celsius because I was using it as my cold water plunge to cool down after a sweat sesh in the sauna- sauna content coming soon! 🥵
 
 But I was asked to do a last minute swimming custom, so I agreed to film it while I still had access to a private pool where I could swim naked. Nearly gave myself hypothermia, but once I started swimming vigorously, flipping around like an underwater gymnast, I started to warm up inside. 😂
 
 Also I jumped immediately into a ready sauna after filming so I warmed back up instantly. ❤️
