It’s Monday, so please allow me to motivate you to get up and get your body moving! If the hypnotic sight of my swinging kettle bell isn’t enough to persuade you, perhaps this glorious ocean view in Chile will do the trick! 🤩

Working out in nature is my favorite way to get fit. The sunshine, the natural sounds of life happening all around me is enough to energize me for a long sweat sesh. Get lost in the endorphins created by moving and grooving in your own vessel. It is transcendental stuff if you allow yourself enough time and patience to let your body and mind release the stress until you get to “the good stuff.” 

✨It’s kind of like sex. First you must relax the mind and surrender to the sensations. Then you should warm the body up slowly and intentionally, feeling your way through each movement. Soon you will reach a point of comfort, and eventually climax. You will never regret getting yourself to that place of natural euphoria. All that is required of you is a bit of effort, and to surrender yourself to the process.
