I know I talk about self-love all of the time, but that’s because prioritizing it has enriched my life in innumerable ways. This is a quick clip of me showing off how much I love what I see in my reflection. 🥰❤️

I’ve been taking a lot of time for deep meditative yoga, and it is doing wonders for my body. I have not eaten restaurant food in over a month, and I feel lighter for it every day. Yesterday I took some time to get pampered at the spa. I got a haircut, a massage, a manicure, and a pedicure all for just $100! I’m not really the type to spend a lot of money on grooming, but occasionally a day like that is the perfect compliment to all the other good habits I engage in. 💅

I advise you to stay in tune with your body, and listen to its needs. The body will tell you when it is exhausted. The mind will tell you when it is completely depleted of energy. When you experience these symptoms of burn out, give yourself what you know you need. You must make the effort to give yourself the time and attention you deserve, so that you can be the happiest and healthiest version of yourself every day. 

It is a journey, a very long one, but the intention is to start somewhere, and know that you will eventually find your way. 🧭
