Here is a full length nude workout for all of you. I hope some of you will try these moves during your next workout. The less complicated ones, of course. I don’t want anyone here getting taken away in an ambulance after trying to do split presses. 😂

I’m up early and feeling optimistic and energetic because I worked my booty hard yesterday. I was going for an hour and twenty minutes before I even pulled out the camera. It is so important to really push our boundaries during exercise. The endorphins that come once we are deep in it and dripping in sweat are a far more potent antidepressant than anything that comes in a pill. Diet and exercise have been studied against antidepressant medications in double-blind placebo controlled trials and diet and exercise are proven MORE effective EVERY time. Intense exercise has even been shown to be just as effective as cognitive behavior therapy for reducing depression symptoms! 

We evolved to be foraging primates who are always on the move for food. Today so many aspects of our lives encourage us to be sedentary. Our food system is a poison distribution system. 

It’s not an accident that we live under a for-profit healthcare system and there are numerous propaganda outlets trying to confuse you about what is actually healthy food. I haven’t had animal products at all for almost 9 years. I feel like I keep getting in better shape the longer I live this way. 

So many world famous professional athletes are whole food plant based eaters now. It’s so widespread that the propaganda should not be working anymore. 

Why would people like Serena Williams and so many others risk their multi-million dollar careers if eating this way wasn’t optimal for perfect human health? There are no “Big Broccoli” sponsorships paying them to promote eating vegetables. 

I hear about people being depressed all day every day. And while there are many reasons to feel down in this world, being depressed is often more about biochemistry due to lifestyle than it is simply about environmental circumstances. Even when I was working a corporate job that I hated, my evenings and weekends were filled with fun and laughter, because I felt so good from following Mother Nature’s path. 

Believing we are depressed “just because that’s the way we are” is definitely something that people who sell pills want you to believe. But reality is always more nuanced and for some reason, even some of us who work really hard at our jobs have a severe aversion to working really hard on ourselves.

It takes one month to rewire your taste buds completely. After that it becomes easy. One month of real effort and hard work to be your best self for the rest of your life. 

How can you not take that bargain? It’s an amazing deal from my perspective. ❀

You want self-confidence? You want to be naturally high all the time? You want accomplishments that you can feel good about?

You must work for them, my friends. So many people believe that you’re either born with confidence or you’re not. You’re either born with a good body or you’re not. You’re either born healthy or you’re not. All bullshit. 

“There is no fate but what we make.” 

Oh yeah, I went Terminator on you to make my point. 😂
Actually, Arnold IS a veg-head nowadays! Look up his recent interviews about his diet. The plant based community could not ask for a better spokesperson! 🙏
