Speaking of flexibility, I plan to offer a LIVE nude yoga session for you all on Zoom. *Please answer the poll and let me know what day and time works best for you. 🙏* 
Keep in mind the times will be relative to my CST here in Costa Rica. 

 The class will be a gentle, tension releasing flow for beginners, and will last about 40 minutes long, give or take. You will leave this session feeling strong and full of inner peace, even if you’re only there to watch me. 😉

A $20 donation per person is my goal, but if you really want to take the class but can’t spend that much, let me know and I will take care of you. I don’t want to price anyone out of this experience. 

If you’ve been curious about yoga, trust in me to be your first experience with it. I’m patient, sensitive, nurturing, and engaging. All the things you would want in a teacher. 😍😉
