Finally have the house to myself so I can film content! And I just found out I will have it to myself for the next two weeks so expect quick turn around on videos still waiting! 😃

I have had a lot of stress thrown at me all at once. Getting to unwind with some yoga the way I prefer to do it (nude) has been a life saver. 

No matter what life throws at us, we can adapt. 

The system we live under has rendered many of us unable or un-willing to accept change. This is extremely detrimental to our well-being.
