You know what today is. Self Care Sunday is in full swing in my world. 🥰
 
 Baths are an important part of my self care ritual. Nothing washes away the funk of the week quite like a hot steamy soak followed by an invigorating cold shower. 
 
 Yoga, trees, and sex are about the only other things that make me feel brand new like this. 😜
