I took these photos last week when I was feeling inspired and I’m so glad I did. My lower back has been spasming since Friday and I am in no state to create. Today is the first day I can slowly walk around the house without shooting pains. It’s been a tough weekend but I’m on the mend. This whole experience has shown me how important it is to be healthy and stretch.
