New video going up tomorrow! Learned my lesson not to upload to two places on OF at once, you'll lose one or the other lol! Lost my video on my timeline. I'll get that and more up tomorrow! But for now it's bedtime, it's been a good but long training and travel 18 hour day, up at 4:45am started work by 5am, got off my last call at 9:45pm. WHEW.
     Tomorrow is up at 4:45, train, cardio, eat, right to sleep, massage FINALLY at 2-3:30, then STOP for some rest. It's been some busy weeks, but it'll get even more busy soon. 
    I'll be answering some messages tomorrow evening, but probably majority Monday when I can put in the hours you deserve! Love you guys!
