Nose to the grindstone. Only two more days till we leave for the shoot! 10 weeks out from comp.. 9 weeks out this sat.
Decided to use a little water manipulation &try drying out a tad...
Haven't posted much footage of training.. would be better if I had someone to hold the camera. It's pretty amazing seeing how much the muscles swell.. Being this lean you can nearly see it all moving just beneath the skin...
