During prep for my massive 248 bench press, I focused all my efforts on triceps back and shoulders. Bicep training was only a few sets a week. You can see how massive my triceps have gotten under the insane workload! 5 HEAVY bench variations twice a week means incredible density and pushing power. 
     What do you say I put some special effort into biceps in the next 6 weeks??!! LETS BRING THEM UP! I never balance anything out by making any muscle group smaller only everything bigger to match!!!!
