I had a wonderful day !!   Why?  I was on call but did not get called in .  The sun was shining ☀️. I exercised twice, I got yard work done .  We went to a festival 2 towns over and it wasn't bad at all.  Oh and most importantly, I hung out in the yard for a bit .  Yay !!!!!
