Good Monday, I just wanted to say that lately my anxiety and panic attacks have gotten worse, so I'll probably start taking medication soon to get better, in the meantime I'll keep posting, but forgive me if I can't respond to messages in a timely manner... unfortunately I'm not well.

Buon lunedì, volevo solo dire che ultimamente la mia ansia e attacchi di panico sono peggiorati, perciò probabilmente a breve comincerò a prendere dei farmaci per stare meglio, nel frattempo continuerò a postare, ma perdonatemi se non riesco a rispondere ai messaggi in maniera tempestiva.. purtroppo non sto bene
