Steak day. Cooking up my second steak.

You know what I really want? A dry ager. But like also dry aging requires big cuts of beef. Like you can't just dry age a ribeye steak. You gotta dry age a ribeye roast cause you're gonna lose some of it when you cut off the dry aged pellicle. So that's not even the only big expense. You gotta invest in some big honkin beef too.

So for now we're just gonna go with regular steak. You know whats gonna be coming soon? Fucking beef ribs. I've been CRAVIN' dino ribs. I saw a BBQ place and went in the other day and they had beef ribs but THEY WERE FUCKING OUT and ever since I've wanted some. So I got some for myself and I'm gonna smoke those bitches til they're tender enough for my nipple to cut through.

Naked grilling tip thread? We gonna do it boys? Maybe. Anyway take this re-shill while I get the charcoal lit and ready. Maybe if people want it I'll post the pics of this steak too.
