So I got these new sunglasses because I didn’t own a pair and California is quite sunny. Cool. The lady treats me like trash in the store, I needed sunglasses so I prevailed. I wear them for two days... and then a screw goes missing. So at the doggo park I call up the store to ask for the warranty number. Lady on the phone goes, “just come in, I just looked and I’ll replace the screw for you no issue”. Go into the store and the original lady who was rude AF goes, “we do not repair sunglasses or have any screws for you” and I go “I called the store so I’m confused.. why would I be told to come in?” Then she goes, “not sure who you talked to, want me to give you the warranty number?”. 

In the times that we are supposed to be kind to each other with everything that is going on... I’m like yeah... yeah fucking right. Humanity is disappointing- but hey I suck dick for a living 💁‍♀️ So what input do I really have.
