I started a “what made me smile today” journal 3 weeks ago 

This one choice changed my life 

I now end my days excited to write what I noticed 
 brought me a smile. 

Throughout the day, when something brings me a smile - my brain goes “ ah a smile, adding to the list later!”  

It’s been training my brain to really tune into noticing what makes me feel good and brings me smiles. 

Those little choices and intentions. 
They make all of the difference ❤️
