Whatever we are focusing on, we are feeding 

Where our awareness is, our energy is flowing and interacting there too 

Small check ins with the mind throughout the day. 

These can allow us to reset where our focus and mind are flowing. 

Are we feeding the inspiration or the fear within us?
 
Are we feeding seeing the strengths or seeing the impossibility? 

✨After reflecting where our focus is in the day✨

-Notice if you are desiring a shift of focus. If so:

-Create a new intention for focus and speak out loud or write it for yourself 

-Gift yourself grace for where your focus has been and honor that in speaking that out loud or internally to self ( shame does not support change ) 

-Notice what supports you in the focus of your desire vs elsewhere 

( Hydration? Removing apps from your home screen or phone for focus? Removal of friendships / relationships that go against this focus? Etc )  

-Spend some time taking slow deep breaths. On each inhale, feel this new energy entering your body. Feel the old, leaving on the exhale. 

Where is our mind flowing today? 

Remember - wherever it is : we always can re focus it and find a way to guide it back 🤍
