Summer’s around the corner🏄🏼‍♀️ I remember before getting in shape I would always turn to a quick fad diet like no carbs/atkins and excess cardio right before summer started😆 crash diets/cardio can make you lose a lot of water weight fast but don’t actually help you burn fat, build muscle or shape your body in any way. The worst part is that you end up gaining all of that water weight back and then some because it messes up your metabolism! I did this cycle for years and so many of my clients have the exact same story #whyarewelikethis😂
