Smash the heart button if you like the view! Yoga, breathing and movement makes me feel so good. I don’t understand why I get so caught up in the day that I don’t consistently take 15 minutes to give this to myself daily. 

It’s common for daily routines and responsibilities to take precedence, making it challenging to consistently prioritize self-care activities like yoga and breathing exercises. One approach is to schedule specific times for these practices in your daily routine or set reminders to help you remember. Making them a non-negotiable part of your day can make it easier to prioritize self-care consistently.

While scheduling a set time probably isn’t realistic as a busy Mom, setting an alarm as a reminder is something I could do.
