Hiiiiiii this week’s video will be coming out tomorrow! I’m having a bit of a hellish day😂 I was at a friend’s place for a movie night last night and missed my nighttime meds and then this morning when I took my morning meds I forgot that I’m back on adhd meds and had a Starbucks drink with three espresso shots in it on top of the adhd meds so suffice to say my brain is FAST rn but I also feel like I’m dying and am having a very bad time🤡  remember to drink water and smile today!!
