Me doing 80kg hack squats and 120kg on the leg press (both machines weigh, 50kg don’t try and come for me with your plate mathematics!). Reminiscing on my bulking days when I had a PB of 300kg for 5 reps on the leg press 😰 do y’all prefer me leaner and w/more definition or chonkier with legs that could crush watermelons?
