The journey of my arse has been a treacherous one. It's always been out of proportion but luckily for me this is apparently societally acceptable... So this was my arse BEFORE my first 20 weeks of prep for my first bodybuilding comp, so with some meat on it still :D Then I lost essentially every single bit of body fat (I was 10% at the lowest) and my glutes atrophied a depressing amount. Since my competing days, I realised how to activate my glutes (mind muscle connection is not as bollocks as I once believed it to be!) and so nowadays my glute muscles are much more substantial, but they also have a fair amount of insulation now too :D
