Sorry I didn’t post anything yesterday! I did 5.4km of lunges yesterday with the team at the gym I train at for a local charity which just killed me when I came home, went to the couch and didn’t wake up till 8 this morning so here’s a little something that will hopefully make up for it 😏💦
