How are you, babes? Life... the world... has been a bit heavy, no? I have definitely been feeling heavy hearted. Doing a lot of reading, praying meditating, dancing, crying and sitting with these feelings.

I was soaking up the last few rays of sun last week before the foggy chilly days of Autumn take hold here in LA near the ocean. Just taking stock of my many blessings and feeling grateful to be alive at this time. As crazy as it all is, I'm honored to be here to witness it.
