The doctor said I have more than a military neck and that it’s time for me to do some exercises to strengthen my lower back, even out my shoulders and some other stuff to put the curve back into my neck. My core could do with some work and I’m gonna ask fit people what their favorite exercises are. Working out at home is a nice luxury, maybe I’ll sign up for a gym membership. 

Let’s get back on track and put ourselves in our best shape! 

Anyone want to share what they have going on and are working on? I know my stuff was kinda making me cranky and i wasn’t making my health a priority. I feel present now and focused on taking care of myself. Physical therapy exercises as well as real exercise is important. Even if it’s just walking for an hour or lifting random things. 

I’ll be photograph ready/fit in a few months. It’ll give me time to grow out my bangs, have a fit body and practice make up. 😄💙 I also haven’t applied for the tech internship, yet. I want to figure out how to get this job well handled before taking on any more responsibilities. 😄
